电子商务环境下绿色供应链流程对接绩效评价研究

Research on Performance Evaluation of Green Supply Chain Process Docking in E-commerce Environment

文中阐述了电子商务环境下供应链管理、绿色供应链以及绩效评价相关理论,根据电子商务环境下绿色供应链流程对接绩效的特殊关注点,构建出包括结果层、运作层、支持层组成的评价指标体系,选择主观赋权法中的层次分析法和客观赋权法中的熵值法综合确定评价指标的权重,选择模糊综合评价法作为评价方法,建立了基于电子商务环境企业绿色供应链流程对接绩效评价模型。最后,进行实证分析,将模型应用于企业实际运作中,并且通过实证分析的评价结果发现了该企业在供应链管理中需要改进的方面,继而提出了相对应的改进措施以提高绿色供应链整体的绩效水平,增强企业的市场竞争力。

This paper expounds the relevant theories of supply chain management, green supply chain and performance evaluation under e - commerce environment. According to the special concerns of green supply chain process docking performance under e- commerce environment, an evaluation index system is constructed, which consists of result layer, operation layer and support layer. The hierarchy of subjective weighting method is selected. The entropy method in the analysis method and the objective weighting method synthetically determines the weight of the evaluation index, chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the evaluation method, establishes the performance evaluation model of green supply chain process docking based on e -commerce environment. Finally, the model is applied to the actual operation of the enterprise, and the evaluation results show that the enterprise needs to improve in the supply chain management,and then put forward corresponding improvement measures to improve the overall performnce level of the green supply chain, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.
