摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,供应链管理的概念开始不断提出并广为关注。文中提出了基于供应链的全面质量管理模型,并详细的说明了具体内容,对其他公司具有借鉴意义。
With the globalization of the world economy, the concept of the supply chain management has been constantly raised and widely concerned. This paper describes a practical framework of Total Quality Management System and elaborate activities/programmes based on Supply Chain. And this practical framework could help enterprises and their supply chain partners lay out effective and efficient SCQM performance.
