摘要 朱兰质量螺旋模型是表征产品质量形成规律性的理论模型,而高校的人才培养质量也有其形成规律。因此,将这一理论模型应用于人才培养质量的评价。高校的人才培养质量的形成过程包括人才需求调研、专业定位、专业规划、制定/调整培养目标等环节,从评价目标、评价主体、评价内容、评价方法、指标体系等方面提出了构建与此相适应的评价体系的基本思路,为高职高专院校物流管理专业的人才培养质量评价进行了有益探索。 The quality spiral model of JURAN is a theoretical model to represent the regularity of product quality formation, and the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities also has its formation rule. Therefore, we apply this theoretical model to the evaluation of personnel training quality. The forming process of the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities includes the research on the demand of talents, the professional orientation, the professional planning, the formulation/adjustment of training objectives and other links, This paper puts forward the basic idea of constructing the evaluation system which is suitable to this system from the aspects of evaluation target, evaluation subject, evaluation content, evaluation method and index system, and makes a beneficial exploration for the quality evaluation of personnel training of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges.
