长三角海洋物流业人才集聚模式研究

Research on Talents Agglomeration Model of Marine Logistics Industry in Yangtze River Delta

随着我国一带一路和海洋强国战略的提出,海洋物流人才的需求日益旺盛,行之有效的海洋物流人才集聚模式有助于人才集聚效应的充分发挥,从而推动海洋物流产业的进一步发展。通过对海洋物流人才集聚模式的影响因素分析,得出海洋物流人才集聚模式影响因素假设模型,对长三角地区18个指标进行因子分析,进而提取出海洋物流产业发展带动因子、经济发展吸引因子、科研环境促进因子和公共资源支持因子而构建出"田"字型海洋物流人才集聚模式,并对其实施应用提出相应对策和建议。

With the introduction of the strategy of China＇s Belt and Road and Ocean Power, the demand for marine logistics talents is growing,and the effective model of marine logistics talents helps to bring into full play the talent agglomeration effect, thus promoting the further development of the marine logistics industry. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the marine logistics talent agglomeration model, this paper concludes the hypothesis model of the influencing factors of the marine logistics talent agglomeration model. Through the factor analysis of 18 indicators in the Yangtze River Delta, the marine logistics industry development driving factor, economic development attracting factor and scientific research are extracted. The environmental promotion factor and the public resource support factor are used to construct the ＂Tian＂ type marine logistics talent agglomeration model, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for its application.
