现代学徒制人才培养模式下跟岗实习的实践及问题对策研究——以江苏省交通技师学院航空物流专业为例

Research on Practice and Problems and Countermeasures of Following Internship Under Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode——Taking Aviation Logistics of Jiangsu Jiaotong College as an Example

由于现代学徒制人才培养模式强调校企合作、教师与企业导师联合,共同培养学生的职业技能,在职业教育中得到了广泛的应用和推广,并产生了校内认知、跟岗、顶岗等多种实习模式。文中对江苏省交通技师学院航空物流专业开展跟岗实习的实践进行了总结,分析了跟岗实习在促进校企深入合作、节约实训成本、提高实训效果、锻炼教师、提高学生素养、衔接跟岗实习等方面的优势,同时也指出,在跟岗实习中,存在着校企合作不够深入、缺乏制度保障、实习岗位不全面、学生考核存在困难、学生安全存在隐患、教师难以全程跟踪、企业对学生的培养不够重视等问题,针对上述问题,提出了探索校企合作长效机制、完善保障体系、校企联合制定跟岗实习计划、加强对企业的监督、探索有效的学生管理模式、加强学生素质教育等对策建议,以期对持续推进跟岗实习模式提供借鉴。

Because the modem apprenticeship training mode emphasizes school -enterprise cooperation, teachers and enterporise mentors to jointly train students＇ vocational skills,it has been widely applied and popularized in vocational education, and has produced a variety of internship modes such as school cognition, following internship and working practice, this paper summarizes the practice of following internship in aviation logistics of jiangsu jiaotong college, analyzed the advantages of following internship. Pointed out the problems existing in following internship. In view of the problems, eountermeasures and suggestions are put forward, and hope to provide reference for the continuous promotion of following internship.
