摘要
在全球化背景下,工程类国际化人才培养对"中国制造2025"及东北老工业基地振兴战略具有重要意义。基于产出的教学模式(Outcomes-Based Education,缩写为OBE)采用"以学生为中心"教育理念,已被国际工程认证标准《华盛顿协议》融入到工程教育专业认证中。2016年中国成为《华盛顿协议》正式成员国,工程类国际化人才培养OBE改革势在必行。文中系统将互联网信息技术与OBE教育模式深度融合,系统的分析与设计了"互联网+OBE"工程类国际化人才培养模式,以期为中国高等教育院校的工程类国际化人才培养提供借鉴。
Under the background of globalization, the cultivation of internationalized engineering talents is of great significance to "made in China 2025" and the revitalization strategy of northeast old industrial base. Outcomes Based Education (OBE) , using the "student - centered" education concept, has been incoqoorated into the engineering education professional certification by the Washington Protocol, which is an international engineering certification standard. In 2016, China became a full member of the Washington Protocol, and it is imperative to reform the training of international engineering talents with OBE. In this paper, ntemet information technology and OBE education mode is integrated deeply integration, " Interact + OBE" engineering international talent training mode is systematically analyzed and designed in the hope of providing reference for the engineering international talent training of China's higher education universities.
