摘要
高职校是学生从学校人(准职业人)到职业人角色转换的过渡场所。在物流管理专业教学中,渗透体验式德育教育需要教师根据企业岗位的职业素养要求,有目的、有计划、有组织、有针对性地设置体验场景并组织教学,学生在教师引导下自主体验并获得亲身感受,最终获得良好的职业技能与德育素养,实现学校培养与企业岗位要求无缝对接,打通育人的"最后一公里",提高企业对高职校毕业生的满意度。
Higher vocational schools are the transitional place for students to change from school people (quasi - professionals) to professional roles. In the teaching of logistics management major, infiltration of experiential moral education requires teachers to set up experience scenes and organize teaching according to the professional accomplishment requirements of corpoorate positions,with puqoose, planning, organization and targetedness. Students can experience and get personal experience under the guidance of teachers, and finally get good professional skills and moral education quality, achieve seamless integration of school training and corpoorate positions, and open up the "last kilometer" of educating people to improve the satisfaction of enterporises for higher vocational school graduates.
