山西酸枣仁药材指纹图谱研究

Study on the fingerprint of semen zizyphi spinosae in Shanxi province

目的:建立鉴定山西省酸枣仁药材的指纹图谱。方法:选用Kromasil 100-5-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,柱温35℃,DAD检测器,检测波长203 nm等液相条件,建立山西省酸枣仁药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱共有模式。结果:标定了14个共有峰,并指认了3个主要色谱峰,斯皮诺素、酸枣仁皂苷A、B的含量,14个产地的酸枣仁药材相似度介于0.800～0.994。结论:该方法简单易行,准确可靠,可用于山西省酸枣仁的真伪鉴别及整体质量评价。

Objective：To develop widely available HPLC fingerprint spectrum of semen zizyphi spinosae in Shanxi province.Methods：Kromasil 100-5-C（18）（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution,gradient elution.Flow rate was at 1 mL/min and the column temperature was 35 ℃. DAD detector was used and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results：The common pattern of high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint of semen zizyphi spinosae in Shanxi province was established,with 14 common peaks and 3 main peaks. The similarity of spinosin and jujuboside A,B in semen zizyphi spinosae from 14 areas was between 0.800 and 0.994. Conclusion：The method is simple and feasible with a good reproducibility,so it could be used as the authenticity identification and whole quality evaluation of semen zizyphi spinosae in Shanxi province.
