本文通过研究和借鉴国内外人工智能技术在金融及监管领域的应用经验,以我国当前外汇管理现状为基础,融合宏观与微观管理、事前事中事后监管这两条主线,纵向研究和探索人工智能技术在外汇管理各领域里的应用途径。通过引入"沙箱技术"打造外汇业务的事前监管安全区,利用"数据挖掘"和"AI+内容生产"等技术搭建外汇宏观监测分析预警智能体系,采用"数据切片"和"特征学习"等技术构筑外汇微观主体监管智能雷达阵地。
