吉林省储蓄国债投资者结构调查——基于储蓄国债投资者调查问卷分析

An Investigation on Investors' Structure of Savings Bonds in Jilin based on the Questionnaire Analysis of Savings Bonds Investors

储蓄国债是面向个人投资者发行的、不可流通的人民币国债,主要用来满足个人投资者的长期储蓄性需求。自1981年发行以来,储蓄国债凭借其安全性高、收益稳定的特点,成为很多个人投资者的投资选择。但随着我国金融市场不断发展,各类金融产品推陈出新,储蓄国债市场的投资者结构发生了很大变化。面对众多理财方式的选择,如何吸引投资者购买储蓄国债,进而形成稳定的投资群体,并根据投资者偏好设计出更合理的国债产品,确保储蓄国债市场的稳定、健康发展是储蓄国债管理部门面临的重要课题。本文以吉林省国债投资者结构调查问卷为数据样本,分析目前吉林省储蓄国债投资者结构特点及其影响因素,并对储蓄国债的发售品种、销售渠道、宣传方式等提出政策建议。对优化储蓄国债管理机制、增强国债投资者购买意愿、拓展储蓄国债市场具有一定参考意义。

Savings bonds are non-negotiable RMB bonds issued to individual investors, mainly to meet the long-term savings needs of individual investors. Since its issuance in 1981, savings bonds have become the investment choice of many individual investors because of their high security and stable returns. However, with the continuous development of China＇s financial market and the imlovation of various financial products, great changes have taken place in the investor structure of the savings bond market. Faced with the choice of many financial management methods, how to attract investors to buy savings bonds, and then form a stable investment group, and design more reasonable bond products according to investors＇preferences, to ensure the stable and healthy development of the savings bond market is an important issue facing the savings bond management department. Based on the data sample of Jilin Province Treasury bond investor structure questionnaire, this paper analyses the structure characteristics and influencing factors of Jilin Province＇s savings bond investor, and puts forward policy suggestions on the types, channels and propaganda methods of the savings bond. It has certain reference significance for optimizing the management mechanism of savings bonds, enhancing the purchasing willingness of bond investors and expanding the market of savings bonds.
