摘要 以中药学专业本科生应具备的专业知识和专业技能为出发点,在承德医学院中药学2014级学生中推行导师制管理,对学生的成绩进行分析和总结,探究中药学本科生导师制新模式和推行导师制的必要性。医学院校中药学专业实施本科生导师制是一种深化本科教育改革的新理念,对学生专业技能的提高具有巨大的推进作用。 Based on the professional knowledge and professional skills of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, the present study takes the students of Class 2014 of Department of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine of Chengde Medical College as the subjects to carry out tutorial system manage-ment to explore the new model o{ tutorial system and the necessity and significance of implementing the nese medicine in medical college is a new idea of deepening the undergraduate educational reform and it con-tributes to the improvement of students' professional skills.
