“磁性服务”理念渗透细节护理模式在门诊老年输液患者中的应用观察

The application of the "magnetic service" concept of infiltration detail nursing model to the elderly transfusion patients

目的探讨"磁性服务"理念渗透细节护理模式在门诊老年输液患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月—5月门诊老年输液患者220例作为对照组,采用传统护理;选择2017年6月—10月的门诊老年输液患者220例作为试验组,采用"磁性服务"理念渗透细节护理模式。比较2组不良反应发生率及护理及护理满意度。结果干预后试验组输液不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),门诊输液护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用"磁性服务"理念渗透细节护理模式对门诊老年患者实施干预,能最大程度降低输液风险,有效提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective to explore the application effect of the ＂magnetic service＂ concept of infiltration detailnursing model in patients with elderly transfusion. Methods to choose 220 patients from January to May 2017 as thecontrol group, the traditional nursing mode was adopted.To select 220 patients from June to October 2017 as theexperimental group, the ＂magnetic service＂ was adopted to infiltrate the detailed nursing mode.Comparison of the twogroups of related indicators. Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantlylower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction of the outpatient was significantly higher thanthat in the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion The infiltration of ＂magnetic service＂ concept details of outpatientnursing mode elderly patients can intervene the greatest degree, reduce the risk of transfusion, can effectively improve theold patients with infusion of satisfaction.
