技术创新与制造业企业转型升级研究综述

A Summary of Researches on Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Enterprises and Technological Innovation

制造业企业转型升级分为服务型转型升级和创新型转型升级。在前人文献综述的基础上,通过查阅外文管理学顶刊和CSSCI文库,补充梳理了2013年~2018年企业技术创新与转型升级的相关国内外研究,从企业转型升级类型、影响因素、评价指标和升级路径等方面对理论研究成果进行了总结。文献分析发现:国外对制造业企业转型升级的研究主要分散在不同的理论领域,国内对于此领域的研究较为系统全面。基于文献分析发现的角度,从技术创新视角给出了未来研究的方向建议。

Divided into service-oriented transformation and upgrading and innovation-oriented transformation and up- grading are the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing enterprises. Based on the previous literature review and by consulting the top international journals of management and CSSCI Library, this paper has supplemented and combs the related domestic and overseas researches on the technological innovation and transformation and upgrading of enteqorises in 2013-2018 and has summarized the theoretical research on the types, influencing factors, evaluation indicators and upgrade paths of enterprise transformation and upgrading. Literature analysis has found that foreign researches on the transfomlation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises are mainly distributed in different theoretical fields, and domestic researehes on this field are more systematic and comprehensive. Based on the problems identified in the literature analysis, the article gives the direction of future research from the perspective of technological innovation.
