基于整合思维的应用型高校金融学专业实践教学改革研究 被引量:1

摘要 整合思维强调整体性思考和创新性解决问题。随着社会对应用型金融人才的需求转变,高校越来越重视实践教学。目前,应用型高校本科金融专业存在实践教学随意化、实践课程良莠不齐、实训课程缺乏创新、实习基地偏少、教师实践水平有限等问题。应用型高校可运用整合思维的方法从人才培养方案、实践教学体系、校企合作模式等方面探索实践教学改革的思路,并通过创新实践教学方法、积极建设校内外实习基地、鼓励学生参加商业竞赛、打造高素质实践教师队伍等途径提升金融学专业实践教学水平。 Integrative thinking emphasizes holistic thinking and innovatively solving problems. As societal demand changes for applied financial talents, colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to practical teaching. At present, there exist some problems within the undergraduate financial majors of application-oriented u- niversities, such as: randomized practice teaching, the uneven quality of practical courses, the lack of innovation in practical courses, the lack of practice bases and the limited practice level of teachers. Application-oriented uni- versities can use the integrative thinking methods to explore the ideas of practical teaching reform from the aspects of talent training program, practical teaching system, school enterprise cooperation mode etc., and upgrade the practical teaching level of finance majors by such concrete measures as innovating practice teaching method, actively constructing practice bases, encouraging students to participate in business competitions and high quality practical teachers.
