Preparation and Properties of Electro-induced Shape Memory Composites

摘要 以双酚A型氰酸酯(BACE)/聚丁二烯环氧树脂(PBEP)聚合物为基体,超导炭黑(CB)为增强材料,采用模压成型工艺制备形状记忆复合材料。研究炭黑含量对形状记忆复合材料形状记忆性能以及电致效率的影响。结果表明:在所制备样品中形状固定率均为100%,CB含量为2.4%时,导电通路形成,180 V下形状记忆复合材料可完全回复;随着炭黑含量的增加,展开负荷逐渐增加,当CB含量2.6%时,展开负荷达到最大值0.05 MPa。 Using BACE / PBEP polymer as matrix and superconducting carbon black (CB) as reinforcing material, the shape memory composites was prepared by compression molding. The effect of carbon black content on the shape memory properties and electro-induced efficiency of shape memory composites was studied. The results show that the shape memory composites can be completely recovered to its initial state under 180 V, when the shape fixation rate is 100%, CB content is 2.4%, and the conductive pathway is formed. With the increase of carbon black content, the deployable strength is also gradually increased, when the CB content is 2.6%, the maximum deployable strength reaches 0.05 MPa.
