8种寄主植物挥发物对橘小实蝇的引诱作用 被引量:9

摘要 用小笼测试了8种与橘小实蝇气味结合蛋白Bdor OBP1结合强烈的寄主植物挥发物(β-紫罗兰酮、乙酸异戊酯、罗勒烯、苯乙醇、己酸乙酯、乙酸叶醇酯、乙酸丁酯、苯甲醛)及其混合物对不同发育期橘小实蝇的引诱效果.结果表明:除苯甲醛外,7种挥发物对性成熟的橘小实蝇雌雄成虫都具有显著的引诱作用,且对雌雄虫的引诱效果无明显差异(乙酸丁酯除外);挥发物两两混配中,100μL·mL^(-1)乙酸异戊酯和20μL·mL^(-1)乙酸叶醇酯混配对橘小实蝇雌虫的引诱作用与单一挥发物相比显著减弱,500μL·mL^(-1)己酸乙酯和20μL·mL^(-1)乙酸叶醇酯混配的引诱作用与单一挥发物相比显著增强,引诱率为62.4%; 3种挥发物的混配没有明显增效. The attractive effects of 8 volatile compounds (beta-ionone, isoamyl, ocimene, phenethyl alcohol, ethyl hexanoic, cis-3-hexenyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, benzaldehyde) that are well combined with odor binding protein (OBP1) on Bactrocera dorsalis atdifferent developmental stages were evaluated within cage. The results showed that 7 volatiles could significantly attract B.dorsalis ex-cept benzaldehyde. Their attractiveness was the same between male and female B.dorsalis except n-butyl acetate. Moreover, the com-bination of 100 μL·mL^-1 isoamyl and 20 μL·mL^-1cis-3-hexenyl acetate significantly reduced the attractiveness to B.dorsalis fe-male adult compared with single volatile. The combination of 100 μL·mL^-1ethyl hexanoic and 20 μL·mL^-1cis-3-hexenyl acetateproved to attract the most quantity (62.4%) of mature female adult compared with any single volatile. The mixture of 3 compoundsdid not increase attractiveness to B.dorsalis.
