光质对茄子幼苗光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用发光二极管(LED)设置红光(R)、蓝光(B)、绿光(G)、红蓝组合光(8R/2B、5R/5B、2R/8B)、红蓝绿组合光(5R/4B/1G) 7种光质,以白光为对照,研究不同光质对茄子幼苗叶片光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,单色光R、B、G会降低叶绿素含量,而组合光与对照的差异不大;单色光B和组合光能促进净光合速率的提高,其中以5R/5B红蓝组合光处理的最高; 5R/5B红蓝组合光处理的最大光化学效率、光系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率、光化学猝灭系数、电子传递速率均较大,而单色光R、B、G处理的均较小.综合分析认为,5R/5B红蓝组合光能有效促进茄子幼苗叶片的光合作用. To investigate the effect of light quality on the development of eggplant, light mitting diode (LED) with 7 types of lightquality were used to control the spectrum, which consisted of monochromatic red (R), blue (B), R and B combinations (8R/ 2B,5R/ 5B and 2R/ 8B), and R, B and G combination (5R/ 4B/ 1G). White fluorescent lamp was used as the control (CK). Chloro-phyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were recorded. The results showed that monochromatic light R, B and G de-creased the chlorophyll content compared with the control while the combinative light treatments had little difference from the control.Monochromatic light B and combinative lights promoted the net photosynthetic rate of eggplant seedling, with the highest rate from5R/ 5B. Furthermore, 5R/ 5B resulted in relatively higher levels of maximum photochemical efficiency and actual photochemical effi-ciency of PSⅡ, photochemical quenching coefficient and electron transport rate compared with any monochromatic light. To summa-rize, R and B combination of 5R/ 5B could effectively promote the photosynthesis of eggplant seedlings.
