摘要 矿井水灾事故的处理是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程,详细介绍了矿井水灾事故的危害、特点以及抢险救灾与指挥决策要点,归纳总结出矿井水灾事故发生后的应急处置措施、注意事项和救护队灾区行动原则,并结合遇险人员被困空间氧气消耗、二氧化碳上升、瓦斯涌出等情况对遇险人员生存条件进行分析,提出抢险救灾过程中安全注意事项、相关工作要求等。研究为矿井水灾事故决策指挥提供有力参考,有效提升了矿山救护指战员处理矿井水灾事故能力。 The treatment of nfine flood accident is an arduous and complicated system engineering. The hazards,characteristics and rescue and relief of mine flood accidents were introduced in detail. The key points of the command decision were summarized, the emergency measures, matters needing attention and action principle of rescue team in disaster area after nfine flood accident were also summarized. Combined with the situation of oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide rise and gas emission in trapped space, the survival conditions for distress personnel were analysed, the safety precautions and related work requirements in the process of emergency rescue were also put forward. The study provides a powerful reference for decision-making and command of mine flood accidents, and effectively improves the ability of mine rescue and commander to deal with mine flood accidents.
