城郊煤矿大深度中厚煤层切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 依据21304工作面大深度中厚煤层的具体工程地质条件,对切顶卸压自成巷技术进行了研究,并配套研发出相关实用的关键技术。主要研究了深部工程地质条件,大深度中厚煤层恒阻大变形锚索支护机理及关键技术,大深度中厚煤层预裂爆破切缝机理及关键参数设计,大深度中厚煤层切顶卸压自动成巷工艺及设备配套,大深度中厚煤层切顶卸压远程监控系统设计及矿压显现规律,大深度中厚煤层切顶卸压岩石碎胀规律,研究改变传统的开采模式,提高资源采出率,缓解采掘接替紧张局面,为工作面瓦斯治理和防治水工程开展赢得时间。 According to the specific engineering geological conditions of the medium-thick coal seam with a large depth of 21304 working face, this paper studies the technology of roof unloading pressure autogenous roadway and develops the relevant key technologies. Deep engineering geological conditions were studied, supporting meehanism and key technology of large depth medium and thick coal seam with constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable, the meehanism and key parameter design of pre-splitting blasting for medium-thick coal seam in large depth, automatic roadway forming technology and equipment for cutting tip and unloading pressure of thick coal seam in large depth, the design of remote monitoring system and the law of mining pressure appearance in large depth middle and thick coal seam with cutting tip and unloading pressure, big top thick coal seam in the depth of cut unloading rock expansion laws research, change the traditional pattern of mining research, improve the recovery rate of resources, relieve the tense situation of mining succeed, for the working face gas control and prevention and control of water project to carry out to win time.
