处方质量与医生特征之间关系研究

A Study on Relationship between Quality of Prescriptions and Characters of Doctors

目的:探寻处方不合格原因及其与处方医生特征之间的关系,并提出有针对性的措施来降低处方不合格率。方法:通过系统抽样的方法抽取某三甲医院2016年16913张处方,并由药剂科工作人员进行常规点评。同时,通过单因素分析和多因素分析等统计学方法分析不合格处方和医生特征的关系。结果:在16913张处方中,有625张处方不合格,所占比例为3. 70%。调查结果及统计分析显示,医生特征(性别、年龄、行政职务级别、最高学历、专业技术资格级别)都是影响处方不合格率的因素。结论:医院可对不同原因的不合格处方采取不同措施;对不同个人特征的医生采取不同的管理措施等方法来降低医院处方不合格率,提高处方质量,从而改善患者疾病治疗质量和提高医院医疗质量。

Objective Research the reasons of unqualified prescriptions and the relationship between unqualified prescriptions and doctors＇ characters, and put forward countermeasures to reduce the rate of unqualified prescription. Methods Using systematic sampling to sample 16913 prescriptions in 2016 from a first class hospital, then the staff of pharmaceutical preparation section of the hospital do regular reviews for sampling prescriptions. At the same time, the relationship between unqualified prescriptions and characters of doctors was analyzed by means of single factor analysis and multiple factoranalysis. Results There are 625 unquali- fied prescriptions in 16913 prescriptions, accounting for 3. 70%. The survey and statistical analysis show that the characters of the doctor （sex, age, administrative position, the highest education, professional and technical qualifications） are the factors that affect the rate of unqualified prescriptions. Conclusion The hospital can reduce the rate of unqualified prescriptions by taking different measures to different reasons of unqualified prescriptions; different management measures are taken for doctors with different personal characters. Finally, improve the quality of prescription, through these measures, thereby improving the quality of treatment of patients with diseases and improve the quality of medical care in hospital.
