摘要
我国企业研发投入经费稳步上涨,研发经费的投入能否提升企业的价值,推动企业长久持续发展成为上市企业亟待解决的问题。文章选取2015年中国上市制药企业数据与企业滞后6期(包括当期)的研发投入强度数据,基于研发投入对企业价值滞后效应的视角,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法进行实证分析。研究结果表明,对上市制药企业而言,研发投入对企业价值的影响是积极的;研发投入对企业价值的影响存在滞后效应。并且4年前的研发投入对企业价值的影响具有统计学上的显著意义。为提高医药制造业的企业价值,给出增加研发投入、进行新药开发、加强产学研合作等战略的政策建议。
The research and development （R＆D） input kept increasing from enterprises in China in recent years, which was expected to improve the listed enterprises＇ value and sustainable development. Data of Chinese listed pharmaceutical enterprises in 2015 and their R＆D input was selected, and analyzed with correlation analysis and regression analysis method. The results showed that R＆D input on firm value was positive for listed pharmaceutical companies, which had hysteresis effect, especially in four years. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward, such as increasing R＆D investment, developing new products and strengthening industry -university- research cooperation.
