摘要
患者隐私权在患者权利中占有重要地位。实践中存在医务人员侵犯患者信息隐私和身体隐私等情形。医务人员应当培养保护患者隐私权的策略,应当做到养成和遵守医学伦理;熟悉医疗法律法规;注重患者隐私侵权的解决方式,以便能缓和与消除医患纠纷,构建和谐的医患关系。
Abstract Privacy right is an important part of patients＇ rights, which may be infringed by medical staffs from information privacy and body privacy. Medical staffs should cultivate the strategies to protect patients＇ privacy right, develop and abide by medical ethics, be familiar with medical law and regulations, pay attention to the solution to patients＇ privacy infringement to alleviate and eliminate medical disputes, and construct harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
