摘要
目的:探讨高职食品专业营养学课程教学中实施"互联网+体验"教学的方法和效果。方法:根据实验法设计,随机选取对照组(班)和实验组(班),在实验组中开展"互联网+体验式"教学,对照组采取传统教学方法,以《营养学》课程为载体,进行为期一学期的实验,对比分析两组学生考试成绩及对教学认可度差异。结果:理论测试、实训评价成绩,以及学生认可度调查问卷评分,实验组(班)数据描述情况均不同于对照组(班),且具有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。结论:在营养学课程教学中,贯穿"互联网+体验"教学模式,有利于提高授课班级学生课程成绩,并更为容易获得学生的认可。因此,"互联网+体验"教学模式,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of ＂Internet ＋ experience＂ teaching mode in nutriology course for students majored in food sciences in higher vocational education. Methods Students were randomly divided into two groups. ＂Internet ＋ experience＂ teaching mode was implemented in experimental group. And traditional teaching was implemented in control group. These students were comparatively analyzed. Results There had significant differences in theory examination, practical performance and students＇ recognition between experimental group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The ＂Internet ＋ experience＂ teaching mode is conducive to improve the performance of students in nutriology teaching and easier be be recognized by students, which can be applied.
