Since people are the core of modern enterprise management, scientific and rational human resource management wouht enhance the value of enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the investiga- tion and survey, this paper points out the problems in management by extracting and researching the typical human resource management problems in IT enterprises, and gives effective ＂ cure＂ to lay a solid foundation for the health- y, stable and rapid development of IT enterprises.
