浅谈我国铁路危险货物运输安全管理

On Safety Management of Railway Dangerous Goods Transportation in China

随着我国交通运输的快速发展，铁路危险货物运输的安全管理越发重要，直接关系到人民的生命财产安全。分析了我国铁路危险货物运输的现状，发现管理中存在铁路部门及相关企业疏于管理、应急预案流干形式、事故救援不当等问题，提出加强承运管理、完善信息化监控、落实考核评价机制、完善事故发生时的应急措施等对策及建议。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy,the safety management of railway dangerous goods transportation gets more and more important, directly related to the safety of people＇s lives and property. Through the analysis of the current situation of the safety management of railway dangerous goods transportation in China, it is found that the railway departments and related enterprises tend to neglect in management, the emergency plan go formality and the accident rescue appear improper. In response to the various problems, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in strengthening the management of the carrier, improving the information monitoring, implementing the evaluation mechanism, and improving the emergency measures when the accident occur.
