高职物流人才培养创新与实践研究——以陕西交通职业技术学院为例

On the Innovation and Practice of Logistics Talents in Higher Vocational Education--Taking Shaanxi College of Communication Technology as an Example

通过对陕西交通职业技术学院物流管理专业人才培养的现状、内容和过程进行剖析，结合国家和一级学院对一流专业建设要求，研究物流管理专业建设过程中存在的问题，提出解决问题的方法。创新性地提出五个一流的专业建设思路，并付诸实践和应用。

This paper puts forward some solutions to the existing problems in the process of major construction after analyzing the current situation, content and process of talents training in the logistics management major in Shaanxi College of Communication Technology, together combining with the requirements of the first - class specialty construction at national level and the first - class college level, the paper also proposes the five ＂ first - class＂ inno- vative development ideas for the major constuction and its practice and application.
