高校辅导员队伍存在的问题及对策分析

高校辅导旯是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分，具有教师和干部的双重身份。高校辅导员是开展大学生工作的主要力量，是学生思想政治教育和行为成长过程中的推动者和领导者。辅导员的能力水平直接关系到大学生能否健康成长。我国高职院校的发展在近些年来呈现迅猛增长，但辅导员的素质却良莠不齐。通过分析高校辅导员职业素养中存在的问题并制定行之有效的方案，以此方式来优化高校辅导员队伍，提高人才培养质量。

College counselors with the dual identity of teachers and cadres are an important part of the faculty and management team in colleges and universities ,who are the main force to carry out college students＇work,the promoter and leader in the process of students＇ideological and political education and behavior growth, and also the influencers of college students growing up healthily. By analyzing the problems existing in the professional quality of college counselors, this paper puts forward solutions to improving the current situation of education, making certain contributions to the national education, and training more outstanding college students as well as making great con- tributions to the potential talent in China.
