破罡湖闸站前池整流的数值模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对破罡湖闸站在辅助排圩工况下前池侧向流速较大,易在前池内产生大面积旋涡的问题,提出了设置间断底坎、立柱、导流墩等工程措施,并采用基于Realizableκ-ε湍流模型的数值方法模拟不同整流措施下的前池流态,经过比较选出相对可靠的整流方案。计算结果表明,在不采取整流措施时前池内出现大面积回旋区,严重影响水泵机组的运行;仅设置间断底坎、立柱并不能消除或减小旋涡面积,而仅设置导流墩又会出现新的狭长形的旋涡回流区;将导流墩与间断底坎相结合,可相对有效地减小旋涡面积、提高出口的流速均匀度,从而提高水泵机组的运行效率。该成果对复杂工况下泵站前池整流的研究具有一定的实际意义。 The engineering measures such as setting discontinuous sills,column and diversion piers were proposed for solving the problem that the lateral velocity was large and the reversed flow was easily generated in the forebay under the auxiliary drainage condition.The numerical simulation method based Realizableκ-εturbulence model was used to simulate the flow in the forebay under different rectification schemes.After comparison,a relatively reliable rectification scheme was selected.The results show that when there was no rectification measures,a large area of convolution area appeared in the forebay,which seriously affected the operation of the pump unit.Discontinuous sills and columns could not eliminate or reduce vortex area,the setting of the diversion piers led to a new elongated vortex recirculation zone.The combination of the diversion piers and discontinuous sills could reduce the vortex area and improve the uniformity of flow velocity at the outlet,enhancing the efficiency of the pump unit.This result has certain reference value for the rectification in the forebay of pump station under complex working conditions.
