“关系产权”的边界与运行逻辑——安徽省L农民合作社联合社个案研究

The Boundary and Operation Logic of “Relational Property Rights”: A Single-case Study of L Farmers' Cooperative Union

"关系产权"具有组织自主治理和适应环境功能,也具有资源配置功能。本文通过对安徽省L农民合作社联合社的个案研究发现,农民合作社联合社可以选择"关系产权"和"权利产权"来配置权利,资源的市场化程度和交易特征以及社会共享观念是影响产权结构选择的重要因素。当"关系产权"配置权利的收益超过其配置权利的交易成本与"权利产权"配置权利的净收益之和时,农民合作社联合社会选择"关系产权"来配置权利。"关系产权"可以使农民合作社联合社获得非市场化资源和"圈内人"的身份信号,并强化"关系圈"内制度环境的同构性。产权融合程度降低和社会关联强度减小,会影响农民合作社联合社内部"关系产权"的均衡性,也会降低农民合作社联合社外部"关系产权"的稳定性,最终导致"关系产权"呈现出非均衡性特征。农民合作社联合社需要对产权融合的程度和社会关联的强度进行调整,防止"关系圈"内权利主体集体非理性的出现。

＂Relational property rights＂ have the fimction of independent management and adaptation to the environment, as well as the function of resource allocation. This study conducts a single-case analysis on one farmers＇ cooperative union in Anhui Province. It finds that farmers＇ cooperative union can select ＂relational property rights＂ and ＂property rights＂ to allocate rights. The degree of marketization and transaction characteristics of resources and the concept of social sharing are important factors that influence organizational choice of property rights structure. When the income of＂relational property rights＂ is more than the sum of the transaction cost of＂relational property rights＂ and the net income of＂property rights＂, the rights tend to be allocated based on ＂relational property rights＂. Right allocation based on ＇＇relational property rights＂ can make the farmers＇ cooperative union obtain non-market resources and ＂insider＇ identity signals, strengthen the institutional environment isomorphism of ＂the relationship circle＂. A reduction in the degree of property rights convergence and a decrease in social relation intensity will affect the balance of the ＂relationship property rights＂ within the organization and the stability of the ＇＇relationship property rights＂ between the organization and the extemal environment. The farmers＇ cooperative union needs to adjust the degree of integration of property rights and the intensity of social connections in order to prevent collective irrationality of right holders in ＂the relalionship circle＂.
