9月22日，2018威海铁人三项世界杯赛在山东威海半月湾铁人三项专用赛场拉开帷幕。来自38个国家和地区的130余名“铁人”展开激烈角逐，最终，来自挪威、美国的选手脱颖而出，分获男、女优秀组冠军。经过11年办赛，影响力与日俱增的威海铁三正加速“跑”向世界。
On September 22, the 2018 ITU Triathlon World Cup kicked off at the triathlon venue of Banyue Bay （Half-Moon Bay）, Weihai, Shandong. More than 130 ＂triathletes＂ from 38 countries and regions enjoyed the fierce competition. Finally, the triathletes fromNorway and the United States stood out, emerging as champions in the elite men and women＇s competitions respectively. Nowadays, the triathlon venue of Weihai is reputed as the most beautiful venue. Moreover, its triathlon events have become a shining city brand.
