摘要 对南海某大型半潜式生产平台的浮托法合龙进行研究,从安装设计准则、浮托驳船的选取原则、核心设备的选取、浮托时域分析方法等方面进行探讨,对半潜式平台浮托法合龙进行设计,制定基本的安装流程,并对关键工况进行数值计算和分析,论证半潜平台浮托法合龙在中国的可行性。目前半潜式平台浮托法合龙技术还不成熟,尚未有工程案例,研究半潜式平台上部组块浮托法合龙设计十分必要,对中国大型半潜式生产平台的建造具有积极的推动作用。 The study on float-over of a large semi-submersible platform (SEMI) in the South China Sea is carried out, including installation design criteria,selection of the float-over barge and core equipments, time domain analysis methods? and operation procedure. The barge motion and load responses in mating are derived by time-domain simulation to demonstrate the feasibility of this technology in China. The technology of SEMI float-over is very useful? but is not yet mature at present, and the related study will improve SEMI construction technology in China.
