摘要 中国人寿大厦项目地下水量丰富,底板埋深最深达-28m,承压水头高,丰富的地下水可能对底板局部区域形成较大压力,造成底板拱起、渗漏水甚至整体上浮,而且常规的降压井封堵困难,施工质量难以保证。本项目采用在沉降后浇带中预埋球阀的措施,在球阀抽排水的同时使降压井封堵简便,且后期只需关闭球阀阀门即可浇筑后浇带,该技术保证了地下室和主体结构施工阶段地下室的抽排水效果。 The groundwater of China Life Building project is rich, the depth of the floor is deep with 28m and confined water head is relatively high. The abundant groundwater in the soil layer may have a great pressure on the local area of the bottom plate, causing floor arch, seepage and even overall float. Besides, it is difficult to seal the normal pressure well, and the construction quality is difficult to guarantee. This project adopts the method of embedded ball valve in the pouring belt in the construction. When the ball valve drains the drainage, it is easy to seal the down well. After closing the ball valve, the valve can be poured. The drainage effect is guaranteed during the basement and main construction stage.
