摘要
将BIM技术引入到建设项目施工成本控制中,构建基于BIM技术的成本控制体系。依据某市文化馆项目的实际情况,建立5D BIM模型,并在此基础上构建基于BIM技术的施工成本控制系统模型,设计成本监控、成本预警及成本预测的系统功能,以期提高工程项目的资源利用率。
BIM technology is introduced to the project construction cost control, and a cost control system was built based on BIM technology. Based on the actual situation of the city cultural center project, the 5D BIM model is established, then the construction cost control system model based on BIM is constructed, and system function design for cost control, cost warning and cost forecast are done, in order to improve the utilization rate of resources in engineering projects.
