摘要
从钒钛黑瓷太阳能集热模块与建筑一体化构成的原则与原理入手,探讨模块单体的设计及其系统在坡屋面农宅建筑中安装的构造。在集热模块设计方面,单个集热模块由集热板、支撑框架、玻璃盖板、保温材料、背板及相关配件组成。在集热模块建筑安装构造方面,主要给出坡顶瓦屋面及压型钢板屋面的分体式系统构造方法,每种屋面均探讨了有无屋顶保温时的嵌入式构造及架空式构造方式。其中嵌入式构造方式可利用集热模块部分或全部替代建筑屋顶的保温、防水功能,进一步降低建筑成本。
Based on the principles and theories of building integrated solar collecting system, this paper discusses the design of V-Ti black solar ceramic collecting modules and the relevant structures for rural residences. In the aspect of collecting module design, a module consists of one or more solar collector plates, a set of supporting framework, a glass cover-plate, a backboard, and their accessories. In terms of building installation structure, the study presents the construction methods for separated type of solar heating system mounted on sloping tiled roof and profiled steel roof primarily. The embedded and overhead modes of construction for roofs with or without insulation are introduced. Among these construction methods, the embedded type of installation can utilize the collecting module to take place the insulation and water-proofing layers partly or totally, which is good for building cost reduction.
