介绍了采用外装饰板的现浇泡沫混凝土复合墙,包括基本构造、主要节点及施工技术。通过青浦钢结构住宅示范工程,验证该墙体的技术可行性及经济可行性。示范工程的实践经验表明,装配式装饰保温板外墙面现浇泡沫混凝土复合墙可在安装封闭板材时同步施工外装饰、保温,避免二次施工,有效地提高了施工效率。

The cast-in-place foam concrete composite wall with external decorative board is introduced, including basic structure, main joints and construction technology. Through the demonstration project of Qingpu steel structure residence engineering, the technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the wall are verified. The practical experience of the demonstration project shows that the cast-in-place foam concrete composite wall on the external wall surface of the assembled decorative thermal insulation board can synchronously construct the external decoration and thermal insulation when the enclosed board is installed, so as to avoid the second construction and effectively improve the construction efficiency.
