摘要
在建筑物大高度多次循环顶升过程中,因多个顶升点产生的水平分力在托盘上的平面汇交力系不平衡,在合力方向上易发生水平位移,由此给建筑物带来不利影响。顶升过程中设置限位构件能够提供水平抵抗力,限制建筑物顶升产生的水平位移,因缺少相关计算理论,其设计过于保守。以武当山遇真宫宫门顶升工程为例,运用有限元软件对限位构件进行模拟计算,分析了水平力作用及不同截面形式时限位构件的荷载-位移关系。针对分析结果对限位构件进行优化设计,形成一项较为合理的限位构件设计方法。
In the process of building high-altitude and repeated cycle jacking, the horizontal component force by multiple jacking point is not balanced in the plan convergence force system on the pad, the direction of the resultant force is prone to horizontal displacement, which brings adverse effects to the building. In the jacking process, setting limit components can provide horizontal resistance and limit the horizontal displacement of the building jacking, the lack of relevant computational theory is too conservative in its design. Taking Wudang Mountain Yuzhen Palace gate jacking project as an example, the finite element software was used to simulate and calculate the limited member, and the loaddisplacement relationship of the limited member with different cross section forms was analyzed. To optimize the design of the limited member, a reasonable design method for the limiting member is formed.
