摘要
以1,1'-(1,4-丁基)-二-(1H-苯并咪唑)(bbbm)为柔性双齿配体,与金属Cu(Ⅱ)离子配位得到了一个铜配合物[Cu2(bbbm)2(SCN)4(CH3OH)2]。通过X-射线单晶衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构。其晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数为a=8. 695 1(17)A,b=10. 116(2)A,c=13. 818(3)A,α=75. 64(3)°,β=82. 52(3)°,γ=72. 98(3)°,V=1 123. 7(5)A3,Z=1,Dc=1. 481 mg/m^3,F(000)=516,R1[I〉2σ(I)]=0. 042 3,ωR2=0. 135 3。研究表明,该配合物是一个双核结构,固体状态下,依靠C—H…S分子间氢键和π-π堆积作用,配合物的双核分子被连接形成了一个三维网状超分子结构。此外,测试了该配合物在2,6-二甲基苯酚偶联反应中的催化活性及其电化学性能。
A new copper( Ⅱ) complex [Cu2( bbbm)2( SCN)4( CH3 OH)2]has been synthesized by self-assembly of flexible ligand 1,1'-( 1,4-butanediyl)-bis-1 H-benzimidazole( bbbm) and Cu( Ⅱ) cations. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal structure belongs to triclinic system with space group P1.The cell parameters were as follows: a = 8. 695 1( 17) A,b = 10. 116( 2) A,c = 13. 818( 3)A,α = 75. 64( 3) °,β = 82. 52( 3) °,γ = 72. 98( 3) °,V =1 123. 7( 5) A3,Z= 1,Dc= 1. 481 mg/m^3,F( 000) = 516,R1[I2σ( I) ]= 0. 042 3,ωR2= 0. 135 3.It indicates that the complex was a discrete binuclear structure.In solid phase,a 3-D net supramolecular structure was fabricated by C—H…S intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions.Additionally,the catalytic activities in the oxidation coupling reaction of 2,6-dimethylphenol and electrochemical properties of the complex were tested.
