浅析仲景回阳法

A Shallow Analysis of Recuperating Depleted Yang Method by ZHANG Zhong-jing

《伤寒论》以寒立论,承《黄帝内经》思想,重视人体阳气,温阳回阳法贯穿诊疗始终,回阳法亦各有不同,如温散法、调枢法、承气法、通阳化气法、利水法等,使邪去而阳气通达,终达正胜邪去、阴阳平秘的目的。仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中把健脾温肾及从调畅肝气宣通气机来恢复机体阳气的法则一一诠释。从脾从肾恢复阳气各有优缺点,从脾恢复阳气,优点是阴阳不失调,缺点是较慢;从肾来恢复阳气,优点是快,缺点则是耗伤肾中阴精;从肝来恢复阳气比较缓和。仲景在恢复机体阳气过程中必须从脾或脾肾来恢复,虽然从肾来恢复阳气较从脾恢复阳气快,但也从未见过仲景只从肾恢复阳气。虽然通过肝来恢复阳气比较缓和,但临证使用较多。阳郁阴中,郁畅则阳复。若能掌握人体阳气的生理病理变化规律,即可为解决临床困惑提供依据。

Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases establishes its theory based on cold damage,and inherits thoughts of Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine,emphasizes yang qi of human body,so the method of warming and recuperating depleted yang goes through the whole process of diagnosis and treatment. However,methods of recuperating depleted yang include warming and dispersing method,armature adjustment method,qi-bearing method,dredging yang qi,promoting urination,etc. in order to dredge yang qi,remove pathogens,reach the balance between yin and yang. In Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,ZHANG Zhong-jing explained activating spleen and warming kidney,regulating liver qi to dredge qi activity to recover body yang qi. There are advantages and disadvantages in recovering yang qi from spleen and kidney respectively. The advantage of recovering yang qi from spleen is harmony of yin and yang,and the advantage is slow effect. The advantage of recovering yang qi from kidney is fast effect,and the advantage is consuming yin essence of kidney. Recovering yang qi from liver is mild. Zhongjing must recover yang qi from the spleen or spleen and kidney in the process of restoring yang qi. Although it is faster to recover yang qi from the kidney than from the spleen,it has never seen Zhongjing restores yang qi only from the kidney. Although it is relatively mild to restore yang qi through liver,there are many clinical uses. As long as stagnation is removed,yang can be recovered. If we can grasp the physiological and pathological changes of yang qi,we can provide a basis for solving clinical confusion.
