Jiang Xiaomin's Experience in Treating Metabolic Syndrome

蒋小敏教授认为代谢综合征的发病由肝、脾、肾功能失调,气化不利,痰浊瘀血阻滞所致,具体治法以通为用,以通为补,通补兼施,突出痰瘀同治。代谢综合征发病早期多为气郁痰浊证,治以行气解郁、涤痰化湿降浊,方选逍遥散为加减;中期多为痰瘀互结证,治疗以化痰消瘀、健脾益肾,方选温胆汤合血府逐瘀汤加减;后期以虚证为主,脾肾阳虚证治以健脾益肾方选金匮肾气丸合苓桂术甘汤加减,肝肾阴虚证治以补益肝肾,方选滋水清肝饮加减。本病的辨治应病证结合,注重脾、肾等脏腑功能的恢复,并在合理饮食、运动的配合下,形成具有确切疗效和鲜明中医特色的诊疗方案。

Professor Jiang Xiao-min believes that the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome is caused by dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney,unfavorable gasification and stagnation of phlegm,turbidity and blood stasis. The specific treatment should focus on dredging and nourishing together,removing phlegm and blood stasis together.
