天灸疗法对支气管哮喘患儿TLR4/NF-κB信号通路关键分子基因表达的影响 被引量:6

The Influence of Medicinal Vesiculation on Key Molecule Gene Expression of TLR4/NF-Kappa B Signaling Pathway in Children with Bronchial Asthma

摘要 目的:观察天灸疗法对支气管哮喘患儿Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptors,TLR4)/核转录因子-kappa B(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)信号通路关键分子基因表达的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年7月在本院中医科诊治的支气管哮喘患儿120例,按照随机数字表法分为天灸组和西药组,每组60例。西药组给予布地奈德治疗,天灸组给予天灸治疗。采用Real-time RT-PCR检测天灸组和西药组治疗前后TLR4、NF-κB mRNA表达水平。结果:天灸组和西药组治疗后TLR4、NF-κB mRNA水平优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),且天灸组优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:天灸疗法可能通过对支气管哮喘患儿TLR4/NF-κB信号通路的影响,从而降低支气管哮喘复发率及程度,从而改善患儿远期预后。 Objective: To observe the influence of medicinal vesiculation on key molecule gene expression of TLR4/NF-kappa B signaling pathway in children with bronchial asthma. Methods: One hundred and twenty children with bronchial asthma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were divided into the medicinal vesiculation group and the Western medicine group according to the random number table,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the Western medicine group were treated with budesonide,and the ones in the medicinal vesiculation group were treated with medicinal vesiculation. Then TLR4,NF-κB mRNA expression levels before and after the treatment in the two groups were measured by Real-time RT-PCR. Results: After the treatment,the levels of TLR4 and NF-kappa B mRNA in the medicinal vesiculation group and the Western medicine group were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P〈0. 01),and the medicinal vesiculation group was superior to the Western medicine group,and the difference between them had significance(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Medicinal vesiculation may affect the TLR4/NF-kappa B signaling pathway in children with bronchial asthma,thereby reducing the recurrence rate and degree of bronchial asthma,improving the long-term prognosis of children with bronchial asthma.
