推拿手法治疗小儿腹泻的选穴规律研究

The Study on the Rules of Point Selection for Infantile Diarrhea Treated with Infantile Massage

目的:应用数据挖掘技术探讨小儿推拿手法治疗小儿腹泻的选穴规律及特点。方法:通过检索Medline、Pub Med、知网、万方、维普全文期刊数据库等数据库收集1960年1月至2016年5月推拿手法治疗小儿腹泻的726篇文献,建立推拿处方数据库,规范录入信息数据,运用数据挖掘技术总结选穴规律与特点。结果:共纳入文献80篇,选穴46个。发现以脾俞、大肠俞、止泻四法(七节骨、腹、龟尾、神阙)、脊、三关为主的腧穴运用频次最高;穴对以脾俞、大肠俞及止泻四法配伍最为常用;以小儿特定穴运用最为广泛,占51. 5%;选穴部位又以局部选穴为主,搭配远端穴位。结论:总结得出小儿推拿手法在治疗小儿腹泻病时的常用选穴规律,为临床运用小儿推拿手法治疗小儿腹泻病提供一定的用穴依据。

Objective： To explore the rules and characteristics of point selection for infantile diarrhea treated with infantile massage based on data mining technology. Methods： By searching Medline,Pub Med,CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu full-text periodical databases,726 literatures on massage therapy for infantile diarrhea from January 1960 to May 2016 were collected. The massage prescription database was established,and the information data was input regularly. The rules and characteristics of selecting acupoints were summarized by data mining technology. Results： A total of 80 articles were included and 46 points were selected. It was found that Pishu（BL 20）,Dachangshu（BL25）,the four methods of stopping diarrhea including the 7 th bone,abdomen,Guiwei,Shenque,ridges and triple pass were the most frequently-used acupoints. The combination of Pishu（BL 20）,Dachangshu（BL25）,the four methods of stopping diarrhea the most commonly used combination. The children＇s specific acupoints were most widely used,accounting for 51. 5%. The selected points were mainly locally selected in combination with distal acupoints. Conclusion： The rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of infantile diarrhea by infantile massage provides certain acupoint-use basis for clinical application.
