结合某清洁能源大楼项目,介绍了能源管理系统建设,通过集中能源管理平台对大楼用水、用电、空调能耗等进行分项、分区、分户的计量、监控和管理,实现用能监测、能耗统计、能耗分析、能源审计、能效公示、节能管理和数据上传、节能控制等。

Combining by an energy building project,the development of energy management system was introduced.The centralized energy management platform was used to measure,monitor and manage the water usage,electricity usage and air-conditioning energy consumption of different sub-items,divisions and households. The goals are achieved with this system for energy monitoring,energy consumption statistics,energy consumption analysis,energy audit,energy efficiency announcement,energy management and data upload,energy saving control.
