摘要
针对团队合作中管理冲突不断、协作效率低下、个体自利行为等管理问题.从微观心理视角分析团队主体产生外群体偏好对于团队高效协作具有一定的促进作用.通过共识性歧视、社会优势取向、系统公正动机三粪影响外群体偏好的关键变量入手,划分出主体主观认知因素、主体客观异质因素、外部情境感知因素。并构建出影响因素指标体系.为团队协同高效合作提出管理启示。
Aiming at the management problems such as continuous conflicts in management, inefficient col-laboration, and self-interested behavior in teamwork, analyzing the outgroup favoritism generated by team members from the micro-psychological perspective can promote the team's efficient collaboration. Through three key variables, including consensual discrimination, social dominance orientation, system justifica-tion motive, affecting the outgroup favoritism, the subjective cognitive factors, the subjective objective heterogeneity, and the external situational perception factors are divided, and the influencing factors in-dex system is constructed to provide management inspiration for team collaboration and efficient coopera tion.
