摘要
尺骨冠状突是肘关节的重要结构,对维持肘关节稳定性起重要作用,冠状突高度的丢失则可能导致肘关节不稳定。冠状突骨折的诊断及修复在临床上备受关注,但是对于影响肘关节稳定性的冠状突骨折缺损的重建,目前国内外文献报道不多。冠状突缺损导致的肘关节不稳定,并且大多合并肘关节其他损伤,临床处理困难,疗效不确切,本文就冠状突重建的进展作一综述。
As a pivotal part of the elbow joint structure, coronoid process of the ulna plays a vital role in maintaining stability of the elbow joint. Loss of coronoid process height probably causes instability of the elbow joint. Diagnosis and treatment of coronoid process fracture is a widespread concern for orthopaedic surgeons. Nevertheless, reconstruction of the defects following coronoid process fracture has been rarely reported though they affect elbow stability. It is very challenging to treat the elbow instability induced by coro- noid process defects, mostly complicated with other elbow injuries. Moreover, the clinical treatment efficacy remains elusive. This review summarizes the research advances in reconstruction of coronoid process defects.
