摘要
介绍了2015版ISO 9001质量管理体系相对2008版的主要变化,阐述了在组织结构扁平化的管理模式下,大型炼化一体化企业四川石化公司在转版过程中的实际做法,包括新版体系的结构变化、风险控制要求、领导要求、外包管理要求、文件和记录要求以及《质量手册》和《程序文件》的改编等。通过对ISO 9001:2015版体系的转版、实施、运行以及取证过程的总结,提出了未来的工作方向和建议。
Compared with 2008 edition, the main changes of ISO 9001 quality management system in 2015 edition are introduced. The practice of Sichuan Petrochemical Company in the transformation process from 2008 edition to 2015 edition under the flat management mode of organizational structure is described in detail, including structural changes in the new version of the ISO 9001 quality management system, risk control requirements, leadership requirements, outsourcing management requirements, documentation and record requirements, and the adaptation of the Quality Manual and Procedure Documents. Through the summary of the implementation, operation and forensics process of ISO 9001:2015, some suggestions for future work are put forward.
