秀珍菇种质遗传多样性分析与优质菌株筛选 被引量:9

摘要 以36个秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)生产菌株为材料,从100个ISSR通用引物中筛选出18个ISSR引物对其DNA进行PCR扩增,分析其DNA序列多态性;同时,从不同类群中挑选出具有代表性的秀珍菇菌株开展品比试验。结果表明,秀珍菇菌株的遗传相似系数变异范围在0.66~1.00之间,将36个秀珍菇菌株聚为7个群,不同类群10个秀珍菇菌株的产量和农艺性状间存在显著差异,其中5号菌株(秀57)产量最高,达0.326kg·袋^(-1),比对照高15.2%,菇体色度整体优美,综合表现佳,为值得推广的设施栽培秀珍菇菌株。 36 producing strains of Pleurotus geesteranus were used as materials, and 18 ISSR primers were selected from 100 ISSR primers to amplify their DNA and to analyze their DNA sequence polymorphism. Meanwhile, the representative strains of P. geesteranus were selected from different groups to carry out the comparative test. The results showed that the variation range of genetic similarity coefficient of P. geesteranus strains ranged from 0.66 to 1, and 36 strains were clustered into 7 groups. There were significant differences in yield and agronomic traits of 10 strains from different groups, of which the yield of strain 5 (Xiu 57) was the highest (0.326 kg per bag), which was 15.2% higher than that of the control, the overall color of mushroom body was graceful, and the comprehensive performance is good. Strain 5 is worth popularizing in the facility cultivation of P. geesteranus.
