摘要
选取玉米芯/醋糟、麸皮、石灰为3个试验因素,采用L_9(3~3)正交法对平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)的栽培配方进行筛选。结果表明,玉米芯、醋糟栽培平菇的最佳配方是配方5 (50%玉米芯/40%醋糟、麸皮20%、石灰4.5%),其生物转化率达到110.8%。该研究结果为利用玉米芯和醋糟栽培平菇提供了试验依据。
The cultivation formula of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied by using the L9（3^3） orthogonal test, taking corncob/vinegar residue, wheat bran and lime as the three experimental factors. The results showed that the optimal formula was formula 5 （50% comcob/40%vinegar residue, 20% wheat bran, 4.5% lime）, and its biological efficiency reached 110.8%. The study provided a basis for the cuhivation of P. ostreatus with corncob and vinegar residue.
