摘要
某船柴油发电机组在实船系泊试验期间,动态性能与出厂试验存在差异,分析其原因是柴油机突加负载后工作循环内空气供给量不足。结合该型柴油机进气系统配置,对其采用的可控进气涡流技术原理进行研究,找出空气供给量不足的起因,对比开启可控进气涡流阀门前后的试验现象和数据,指出该技术在柴油发电机组动态性能发挥中的局限性,并提出改进建议,以供其他船舶解决相似问题借鉴和参考。
As it has differences between the ship trial test and the pre-delivery test on the dynamic performance of diesel generating set,the cause is found that the air supply to the engine work circle is not enough on the shock load condition.The configuration of the engine air intake system and its controllable intake swirl technology are studied to find out the cause of the insufficient air supply.Comparing the test phenomena and data during the on and off of the air flow valve,the disadvantages of the controllable intake swirl on the engine dynamic performance is exposed.Some corrective suggestions are given to solve the problem and to give references for other ships.
