Structure Design and Laying Out Technology of Docking Block Fitting Hull Lines

以某高新系列船坞墩布置设计为载体,针对其深V船体线型特点及考虑安装船用特殊设备对船体落墩精度的要求,用线型枕木代替楔形木块和薄木片,设计钢木结合的线型坞墩,制定严格的坞墩划线定位工艺,从而有效保证了船体外板线型与线型坞墩的吻合度、船体落墩的水平度,满足特种设备(基座)安装要求。

Considering the characteristics of hull lines of deep-V ships and the precision requirements of hull docking when installing special ship equipments,the wedge block and thin wood chips are replaced with crosstie fitting hull lines,and the docking block combining steel with wood is designed,and laying out technology of the docking block is strictly drawn up based on arrangement and design of docking block of high-tech series of ships.The fitness between shell lines and docking block and levelness of hull docking are guaranteed.The installation requirements of special equipments are satisfied.
