我国献血不良反应监测管理现状

Status Investigation on the current monitoring and management of adverse reactions in blood donation in China Mainland

目的了解我国献血不良反应（以下简称献血反应）管理现状,推进我国haemovigilance（HV）工作,为解决大陆采供血机构执业比对结果中发现各血站之间献血反应监测数据差别较大的问题提供借鉴经验,开展此调研工作。方法根据调查目的制定调研表,调研表包括8个内容,由我国大陆执业比对工作组秘书处发放至63家成员单位,对反馈信息汇总分析讨论。结果共收到44家血站（含18家血液中心和26家中心血站）的反馈信息。多数采供血机构监测献血反应依据的是内部标准;数据采集方法、记录格式、归档方式等均存在较大差异;尽管多数血站回访发生献血反应的献血者,但回访程序不同;对献血反应数据的分析、利用和改进工作缺乏统一的程序和负责人;各血站配备预防和处置献血反应所使用的急救、采血、体检和改善采血环境的物品差异较大。结论建立我国特色的HV统一规划和管理系统,有助于改善献血反应的管理水平,提高献血服务质量。

Objectives The monitoring data of donor complications among blood stations were quite different. In order to understand the similarities and differences in the collection,collation and analysis of donor complications data of various agencies,we carried out this investigation. Methods A survey consisting of method for monitoring donor complications and stuff/department managing donor complications was developed and distributed to 63 members by Working Group Secretariat of the Comparison of Practice. After completion,the questionnaires will be sent back for summary and analysis. Results We received 44 answered questionnaires,including 18 from provincial blood centers and 26 from municipal blood stations. Most blood stations monitored donor complication based on internal standards. There were large differences in data collection methods,formats,and archiving protocols. There were no uniform procedure and responsible staff for the analysis,utilization and improvement of donor complication data. Conclusion Unified planning and management can help to improve the outcome of donor complication and improve the quality of blood donation services.
